New Home Construction
Custom-designed new homes across Greater Sydney, from single-storey 4-bedroom builds to double-storey custom designs. Fixed-price contracts, structural engineering coordinated, and a single point of contact from concept to keys.
Duplex Construction
Dual-occupancy duplex builds from DA/CDC approval through to dual handover. Site-specific design for subdivision or retain-and-build outcomes. Structural, hydraulic, and fire separation compliance built in, not bolted on.
Granny Flats
Detached, attached, and studio granny flat construction under the NSW Complying Development pathway. Typical timeline: 6–8 weeks approval, 10–14 weeks construction. Fixed-price contracts for standard configurations.
Knockdown Rebuild
Full site clearance, demolition, and new home construction on your existing block. Asbestos assessment and removal coordination where required. One fixed-price contract from demolition through to landscaping and fencing.
Residential Construction Process – From First Call to Handover
New builds and rebuilds fail when the scope or the approvals path isn’t locked down before construction starts. Here’s how we avoid that.
Site Visit & Scope of Works
Jay visits the site, assesses access, orientation, and any constraints, and prepares a written scope of works. What’s included is documented. What’s not included is also documented.
Fixed-Price Quote
We provide a fixed-price quote with the scope of works attached. The price doesn’t change unless you change the scope. Any variation is priced and approved by you in writing before we do the work.
Design & Approvals
We manage Council DA or Complying Development Certificate applications, coordinate structural engineering, and handle BASIX/NatHERS requirements where applicable. New builds and duplexes typically require full DA assessment.
Construction & Site Management
Clean site kept throughout. Subcontractors licensed and verified. Progress photos provided at milestone completions. You don’t have to visit the site every day to know what’s happening.
Defect Inspection & Handover
Walk-through with you before we call it done. Any defects from the inspection are fixed before final payment is released. Warranty documentation provided on completion.
