Most office fitouts are Category B scope — partitions, ceiling finishes, flooring, kitchen and breakout area, specialist lighting, AV, and joinery. We price Cat B clearly. If the building’s Cat A base work (HVAC distribution, base lighting, fire services) needs remediation before your fitout can proceed, we’ll tell you upfront, not mid-build.

Yes. For fitouts within occupied buildings, we schedule noisy or disruptive work — demolition, core drilling, structural work — after hours or on weekends. We confirm this in the programme before construction starts.
