Residential Renovations
Greater Sydney – the Hills District, North West Sydney, Parramatta, Western Sydney, and the Inner West. Based in Baulkham Hills NSW 2153. Call us about projects outside these areas – we assess regional projects case by case.
Kitchen renovation costs in Sydney typically range from $15,000 to $60,000+ depending on size, materials, and scope. A 10–15 lineal metre kitchen with mid-range materials and new appliances generally runs $20,000–$35,000. Full custom joinery, stone benchtops, and full electrical and plumbing relocation push costs higher. We provide a fixed-price quote after a site visit – you know the actual cost before committing.
Granny flat construction in Sydney typically costs $130,000 to $220,000+ depending on size, design, and site conditions. A standard 60sqm detached granny flat on a flat block with standard inclusions runs approximately $150,000–$180,000, including certification fees. Site works, stormwater, and utility connections add $15,000–$40,000 depending on the site. Fixed-price contracts provided after site inspection.
A standard bathroom renovation typically takes 2–4 weeks from strip-out to completion. This accounts for waterproofing cure time (minimum 48 hours to AS 3740), tiling, and fixture installation. Accessible bathroom design, structural work, or relocating plumbing adds time. We include a construction programme with every quote.
Contracts & Company Details
Yes. All State Property Development projects are delivered on a fixed-price contract with the scope of works attached. The price doesn’t change unless you change the scope.
