Commercial construction isn’t residential construction with a bigger price tag. Different approval process, different compliance framework, different stakeholder coordination. This is how we run commercial projects.
Initial Enquiry & Feasibility Call
You tell us the project type, location, approximate size, and timing. We assess whether it fits what we take on. No obligation, no sales pitch. If we’re not the right builder for it, we’ll say so.
Site Inspection & Scope Development
Jay inspects the site personally. We develop a clear scope of works — what’s included, what’s excluded, what compliance approvals are required. No ambiguous scope leads to no disputed variations at handover.
Fixed-Price Contract & Programme
We issue a fixed-price contract with a construction programme. You know the cost, you know the completion date. Variations are only issued when you change the scope — not when we underquote and need to recover margin.
Construction & Progress Updates
Jay runs the site. You receive progress updates at agreed intervals. If something changes — a material lead time, a subcontractor delay, a discovery that affects scope — you hear from us before it hits the programme, not after.
Practical Completion & Handover
Defect inspection with you present. Handover documentation includes as-built drawings, compliance certificates, warranty documents, and subcontractor contact list. We don’t disappear after the keys are handed over.
