Full kitchen renovation — cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and all finishes. Supply and install, or install-only if you’re supplying your own materials. Licensed plumber and electrician on every job.

Renovation projects fail when the scope isn’t locked down before construction starts. Here’s how we avoid that.
Site Visit & Scope of Works
Jay visits the property, measures up, and prepares a written scope of works. What’s included is documented. What’s not included is also documented. This eliminates the “I thought that was included” conversation at invoicing.
Fixed-Price Quote
We provide a fixed-price quote with the scope of works attached. The price doesn’t change unless you change the scope. Any variation is priced and approved by you in writing before we do the work.
Approvals (if required)
We manage Council DA or Complying Development Certificate applications where required. Extensions, granny flats, and knockdown-rebuilds typically need approval. Minor renovations proceed under Owner-Builder or contractor exemptions.
Construction & Site Management
Clean site kept throughout. Subcontractors licenced and verified. Progress photos provided at milestone completions. You don’t have to visit the site every day to know what’s happening.
Defect Inspection & Handover
Walk-through with you before we call it done. Any defects from the inspection are fixed before final payment is released. Warranty documentation provided on completion.
